Subject to variations depending on availability of FRESH produce At the Circle R, a fresh cut salad is really fresh, made to order, assembled just before it comes to your table - not shipped in from a factory! This one includes crisp iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, shredded cheese, red ripe tomato slices, and garnished with lemon slices. This customer chose lemon for a dressing, but we have almost every dressing you might choose. The salad is garnished with rings of red onion, to make it as pretty as it tastes. The Circle R Restaurant, 712 Russell Road, Columbia, KY, open Tuesday-Sunday, 6am-10pmCT. Major credit cards accepted.
