LWC Football Kicks in for shoes for Adair Co. Kids

The timing couldn't have been better: Braxton Smith, a big fan of the Lindsey Wilson Blue Raiders holds an envelope labelled Kids Need Kicks delivered by Lindsey Wilson Football Coach Chris Oliver, representing a big contribution to the shoes for kids program, founded by Cricket McCloud, center Braxton's grandmother, and his mother, Mindy Smith, right. Kids Need Kicks provides new shoes for the start of school for kids whose parents or guardians, for whatever reason, are unable to buy them in time for school. The program, through careful shopping, can buy good, high quality shoes for $30 a pair. A $10 donation can provide 10 pairs of new socks.
