Tri-County Car club donates $500 to scholarship fund

2012-07-17 - Campbellsville University, Campbellsville, KY - Photo by Stan McKinney. CU photo.
Paula Smith, right, director of alumni relations at Campbellsville University, accepts a $500 check for the university's Scholarship Fund from Al Hardin, president of the Tri-County Car Club in Campbellsville. Those pursuing an auto-related career remain the club's first priority, but if there are no applicants, the money will be given to the university to assist area students. There were no applicants this year for the annual scholarship. The Tri-County Car Club represents primarily Taylor, Adair and Green counties, with members from other counties as well. - Stan McKinney
