Scenic Adair Co., KY: Another unusual Courthouse Angle



2012-06-02 - 500 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Larry Smith, directed by Ralph Waggener. The Power of Synergized Art when the concept execution team of Ralph & Larry teamed up again and focused skyward. From their vantage point on the low roof of the Campbellsville Street addition, concept partner Ralph R. Waggener directed master photographer Larry Smith to capture the essence of the wonderful symetry in the old Countrhouse. The top center structure may take a second glance: It's the basket on top of the building. Smith, the news anchor at WAVE 92.7 FM and Ralph Waggener, President of South Central Printing and editor of It's Just for a Smile news did what so many visitors to the Adair Heritage Association's first and sure to be annual book fair today: They discovered and rediscovered what has endeared to old building to the hundreds of thousands of people who have seen it over the year, a big part of whom have called it the prettiest public building they've ever seen.
