Working snake: Going to dinner

My husband noticed this snake in a tree while he was sitting on our front porch today (Saturday, May 5, 2012). He said this snake was out for lunch! Tree frogs! This snake is too close for comfort for me, but it's untelling how long this snake has done this. He or she just happened to be noticed today!
