There's a feeling in Little Cake unlike any other. It is one of being snug and secure, surrounded by scenic hills, protected by the river and its lake, of being safe in a place time hardly touches. The anchor landmark is the Little Cake Christian Church. Still small but stately. Still serene. Still a place of sanctuary. - EW
