Darren Ballou, Columbia, KY, takes foul, hits 2

2012-03-04 - Frankfort Civic Center, 405 Mero Street, Frankfort, KY - Photo by Duane. Lindsey Wilson College forward Darren Ballou, Columbia, KY, is fouled by University of the Cumberlands' (KY) Flynn Clayman. Ballou hit both free throws to pull LWC to 10-6 with 13:54 left in the first half of Saturday's Mid-South Conference Tournament semifinal game at the Frankfort Civic Center. Ballou finished with three points in the Blue Raiders' 56-54 loss to No. 5-seed Cumberlands. LWC, who was the tournament's top seed, must now hope for an at-large bid to the NAIA Men's Basketball National Championship, which will be played March 14-20, 2012 in Kansas City, MO.
