Jerry Holt presents Rotary flag to speaker Andy Olson

2012-02-21 - Roberta Cranmer Dining Center, 430 Helen Flatt Drive, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ellen Zornes.
Jerry Holt, Columbia Rotary Club President, presents Trooper Andy Olsen, State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, with a Columbia Rotary flag after Trooper Olsen spoke to the club about bicycle safety. Gary Rose and Michael Hinton, well known local bicycle enthusiasts, were also on hand to discuss bicycle safety. Each international Rotary Club has its own flag depicting important landmarks in its city or town. Our club chose the Historic Adair County Courthouse Clock Tower and the Lindsey Wilson College Begley Chapel as places of prominence in our community. The Rotary Club meets each 2nd and 4th Tuesday at Cranmer Dining Center, 430 Helen Flatt Drive, Columbia, KY. New members are welcome
