Stronger bonds across the generations

2012-01-23 - Shelby Co., KY - Photo by Linda Waggener.
There's a special bond across the generations, maybe even one just between girls. Couldn't tell who was more enamored with the other, Tillie with Great Mema, Geniece Marcum, or Great Mema with Tillie. Great Mema had been engrossed in a newspaper moments before, but stopped for a possible game of Patty Cake. Tillie, seems mesmerized, enough to give playing scrabble with her alphabet building blocks a rest. We expect, on the next visit, to see Tillie showing things to Great Mema on an iPad soon. - Granddad PS: This was just one of our special grandparenting moments, shared with the hope that other grandparents with the greatest grandkids in the world will reciprocate with news they are willing to share on CM. -EW.
