Treats on the Town: The long last line - for cotton candy

The long last line - and a metric for crowd attendance was for cotton candy. As most successful ever Treats on the Town was concluded, there was still a long line to get to the cotton candy. The line was one of the measures used to arrive at the figure of 1,300 to 1,400 in attendance. Another metric was Sheriff Harrison Mosses candy bags. The Sheriffs prepared for 1,350 and gave out the bags and had to do a small bit of replenishing.
