A single shoe

2011-10-23 - Near intersection, Russell Springs Highway, Old Somerset RD, Adair Co. KY - Photo by Ed Waggener.
A single shoe was left by the side of the highway about 20 feet from the the final resting place of the 2002 Hyundai four door sedan which crashed early this morning. The passenger was ejected from the car. He and the driver were taken to the hospital in Columbia; an occupant was later transferred to the University of Louisville Hospital.
