The ballot above is to be voted in all precincts of Adair County, KY when polls open Tuesday, November 8, 2011, from 6am-6pmCT, as well as by absentee ballot. The absentee voting machine is open for otherwise qualified voters who will be out of Adair County on election day. The machine had 2 votes on it this morning at 10:30amCT, October 17, 2011. It is located in Clerk Sheila Blair's office and is available for voting during regular office hours M-F, 8-4:30pmCT, and Saturdays, October 22, October 29, and Nov. 5, 2011, from 8am-12pmCT.
