DAKOTA MEYER AT ACHS: Adair County High School Students will be watching the Medal of Honor Presentation together, as it is broadcast live School's Big Screen Tv, as President Barack Obama presents the Adair County Hero with the Congressional Medal of Honor at 1:30pmCT. Dakota Meyer attended Adair County High School and graduated from Green County High School, Greensburg, KY. He is only the Second Adair Countian in History to receive this highest national honor. Dakota Meyer will receive the Congressional Medal of Honor. The photo above is one she sent to CM when the nation's hero spoke to the student body and staff at Adair County High School during our Veterans Day ceremony. Meyer, who attended Adair County High School and graduated from Green County High School, had already been nominated for the Congressional Medal of honor, the highest award which can be given to military personnel when this photo was taken.
