This veteran had the perfect view of Monday's opening ceremony looking over the top of The Wall That Heals. The mobile Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall and Museum will be located on the grounds of The Center for Rural Development through the closing ceremony set for noon on Saturday with full military honors by Somerset's American Legion Post 38. Joe Hare, Columbia, KY, remembers the photo being taken, but didn't know his comrade's name. Identification, hometown, and service informatio would be appreciated.
