Chairman of the Bear Board will investigate latest reports

Gary Coomer the founding and only dean of the Adair County Blue Ribbon Bear Board, has agreed to help authenticate the reports by Billy Joe Fudge, et al, about a black bear in the Crocus Creek, Burns Creek, and Powell Creek area of District 3 of Adair County. Dean Coomer took a break from his job the Lindsey Wilson Plant & Maintenance Department, which is facing the task of completing the new School of Professional Counseling and School of Nursing Building in the foreground behind Mr. Coomer, by the beginning of the Fall 2011 term. To get around the sprawling urban campus, he and others in the department often use golf carts such as the one he's pictured with above.
