Judy Rowe, center, above is surrounded by her four children at a get together at the Adair County Fair in 2010. Clockwise from left are Wally Rowe, now a CPA in California; Libby Huggins, a social worker in Birmingham, AL; and Patty Nall, Office Manager for the Adair County Judge Executive's office in Columbia, KY; and Tammy Pickett, Jamestown, KY, owner of Pickett's Shoe Store in Russell Springs, KY. Before retirement, Mrs. Rowe worked for many years at Westlake Regional Hospital. She is the widow of the late Osby Rowe, who was a Columbia Police officer for many years. Although they were unable to get together today for Mrs. Rowe's 85th birthday, they all wanted her to know they are thinking of her and wish her a Happy Birthday. They did celebrate the event early - on Tuesday night March 9, with a brithday dinner.
