Adair County Court Clerk Sheila Blair above presented the third or fourth request to Adair Fiscal Court last night requesting an adequate budget for her office's equipment and finally received a budget change from $15,000 per year to $20,000. Clerk Blair had originally requested $30,000. The Clerk's office generates one of the highest sources of County Government revenues. Excess fees turned over to the county general fund annually total $150,000 to as much as $250,000. Studying the report Clerk Blair presented to the court members is Third District Magistrate Sammy Blair.
