Sonya Roy, Columbia City Clerk affirms oath of office, administered by Adair CJE Ann Melton, as City Clerk of the City of Columbia, KY, in the ceremony at the Adair County Judicial Center on Sunday, January 3, 2011. Roy, along with other City officials, had officially assumed the office at 12:01amCT, Saturday morning, January 1, 2011.
