Marshall Smith set up a booth in front of Grimsley's Jewelry. He did okay on his sales, he said, even though an organized booth set up wasn't part of Christmas in Columbia this year. For many established businesses, not having the vendors helped, for others, the absence of the crafts and other vendor booths slowed traffic.
