1st Community Thanksgiving Dinner 2010: The Kemps

2010-11-25 - Photo by Ed Waggener. Columbia Christian Church, 206 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY
The Kemps were out the door early this morning, before 7amCT, to see that the Big Day comes off. At left is Jimmy Kemp; on the left his wife, Sally Pollard Kemp (whose shyness comes from her father, Owen Pollard), in the serving window in the Columbia Christian Church fellowship hall. The Kemps are expecting 300 for the event, and hope even more will come today. The 2010 Community Thanksgiving Dinner is from 10:30am-1pmCT, or until the food runs out, at the Columbia Christian Church, 206 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY. And yes, Owen Pollard will be entertaining today, however he chooses. Music will be by Joyful Pride: Junior and Donna Feese, Judy Somerville, Elaine Bennett, and Trilby Vance.
