Jacie Cole: An Adair County treasure

2010-10-07 - Photo Cole family album. Somerset, KY; Nashville, TN, and Columbia, KY
To look at him today, you'd never dream that Jace ever had a problem. He was walking with sister Taylor in Somerset in the Lake Cumberland Heart Walk, in the left hand photo. And that's Jace showing his million dollar smile on his first birthday, January 27, 2010, in the lower right photo. In the upper corner, however is from a time when prayers of an caring community and a superb medical team at Vanderbilt were pulling him through some of the toughest challenges any baby has faced. At the time, Tricia Cole, his mother remembers, the Ronald McDonald House in Nashville helped see the family through and let them be together. Now she's urging all Adair Countians to support the Ronald McDonald House in the Adair County RMH Wish List Drop Off on Thursday, October 17, 2010, with much badly needed supplies for the houses in Lexington and Louisville, KY.
