The people behind the Metcalfe Co./SC KY Rescue House

Metcalfe County Lake Park, Edmonton, KYWork was still in progress getting the Metcalfe County/South Central Kentucky Rescue House ready for it first occupant and for Open House, at 10amCT, Saturday, October 9, 2010 when this photo was made with three principals in its becoming a reality: from left Emory Kidd, Metcalfe County Emergency Management Director; Stacy Janes, and Metcalfe County Judge Executive Greg Wilson. The home will be made available for occupancy by families when disasters, such as a total loss fire, strikes. Families will be able to stay in the 700 s.f. house for two weekss while they find new homes.
