Green River Commerce Park, 238 Development DR, Columbia, KY Site work for the preparation of a new 15,000 s.f. building in the Green River Commerce Park is underway in advance of a special Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority (CACEDA) meeting at 9amCT, Tuesday, August 17, 2010, for a major announcement at the Assisted Transportation Systems office, the red building in the left of the photo, at 238 Development DR, Columbia, KY. The site work and construction is by Coy Neal Construction Co., Glasgow and Center, KY. Assisted Transportation Systems is a major supplier of quality handicap vans for assisted transportation. The company's website is at Assisted Transportation Systems. The Coy Neal Construction has acquired the former Metcalfe County location of ATS, at 2655 Glasgow RD, Edmonton, KY and is expected to announce new occupants for the building soon. ATS is owned by Ken and Robyn Wilkerson, Columbia, KY. The plant will be the first manufacturer to locate in Green River Commerce Park since its development.
