A trinity of landmarks shows through a foggy May morning from the Columbia Cemetery, with what Adair County Historian Mike Watson calls the personification of Adair County the famed clocktower atop the Historic Adair County Courthouse, flanked in the photo by the Blue Barn at Adair Farmers Supply, and, highest - in fact but not in perspective - in the distance and getting the first brush of morning sun, the Summit Manor water tank on Bomar Heights.
