Third Magisterial District, Adair Co., KYWhen the straightline windstorm knocked over trees and blocked Chance RD, left, on June 16, 2009, Third District Magistrate Sammy Baker was there, working, white tee, in roadway; the same night he was there, working, to clear Melson Ridge RD. He's watched after the Third District's Roads, he's played a key role in putting Adair County in its best fiscal shape in decades, he's fighting for a better future for all Adair Countians.
