"I'm sending along an image of Martin from my collection," historian Paul Saeli writes. "This is actually a picture of the photo that I believe used to be in the bank to memorialize Martin. Does anyone know what happened to the original?" Today, April 29, 2010, is the 138th anniversary of the 1872 crime.
