Birds of Kentucky: Cardinal looking in, counting people

2010-01-12 - 1535 Bull Run RD, Columbia, KY - Photo by Barbara Armitage. Barbara Armitage wrote last year from Tucker's Station on Bull Run Road: "While we are counting birds for the Great Backyard Bird County, this cardinal seems to be counting us!" Barbara Armitage's photo was posted February 16, 2009, during the Great Backyard Bird Count. The photo proved an all time favorite cardinal photo, the poster bird for the GBBC.
