Signs of Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade fever



2009-11-21 - Bank of Columbia, Downtown Columbia, KY - Photo By Ed Waggener. The Bank of Columbia, along with the rest of Columbia, is showing signs of Macy's 2009 Thanksgiving Day Parade fever. The signs adorn the second floor window of the main bank. Adair County Schools will not resume until Monday, November 30, 2009, allowing for a contingent of approximately 500 Adair Countians, on 8 chartered coaches and in private cars, vans, and by airlines, tp invade New York City for the Adair County Marching Band's appearance in the 83rd Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade.
