2009-11-09 - Louisville, KY - Photo by Shamarie Claiborne. "I liked the visual effect of the plumes on these three hats," Shamarie Claiborne said. They are significant as a symbol of a transition in directors. Mr. Tom Case, the new director, favored the new blue color instead of the long-time black plumes which used to adorn the headgear.
