Kentucky Community and Technical College President Dr. Michael McCall back row, center kicked-off the KCTCS Advocacy Campaign in on the Somerset Community College Somerset Campus North on Friday, October 30, 2009, by meeting with students, SCC employees and community leaders. McCall asked each group for their support in asking the Kentucky General Assembly to maintain KCTCS and SCC state funding at its current level during the legislature session scheduled to being in January next year.
