He's held bicycle safety sessions at Adair County Schools before, and came at the request of Paula Garrison, right, this year. At left, on a Kawasaki Vulcan, is Lindsey Wilson College Security Officer Landon Parnell, Columbia, KY. Beckhart started the program as a personal mission, but later, Kosair Hospital Foundation bought a van for him, and he was hired by the foundation to conduct the safety courses. Paula Garrison is with the Adair County Family Resource Center and is a member of the Second Sunday Committee.
