Green River Cowboys filming Dad the Hero

2009-10-10 - Guntown Mountain, Cave City, KY - Photo by Guntown Mountain, Cave City, KY. Filming of Dad the Hero and the Wild Wild West Main picture Gary Phillips and Barry Jones on the set during filming of the movie at Guntown Mountain. Upper right: Barry Jones and Jr. Holmes shooting their way out of town after another bank robbery, also at Guntown Mountain. Bottom right Bo Horstman on the set of the movie. All are members of the Green River Cowboys, who, for the past eight years, have performed the re-enactment of the robbery of the Bank of Columbia as part of the Old West Festival. This year it won't be the Green River Cowboys performing, but negotiations completed now assure festival goers they will be back in 2010, at their thrilling best.
