Adair Co., KY Historical Marker: At Trabue-Russell House

2009-09-24 - 201 Jamestown ST, Columbia, KY - Photo by Barbara Armitage. "The historical marker at the Trabue House is standing tall and proud once again," writes Barbara Armitage. "Time and the forces of nature had taken its toll on the sign that commemorates the life of Daniel Trabue and marks the historic home he built in 1823. In a cooperative effort between the Kentucky Historical Society, The State road crew, the Mayor's office and the Adair County Garden Club the historic marker received a new pole and was reset in its place of honor on Jamestown Street."
