Straight-Line Winds Down Trees on Jamestown Street

A straight line line at a little after 3:00pm Tuesday, August 4, 2009, blew over this huge tree in the front yard of Dr. Ronald Rogers. The full extent of the damage wasn't known, but there appeared to be some roof damage to the the beautiful home at the top of Jamestown Hiil. Dr. Rogers was at his chiropractic clinic when the storm passed over, but had been notified and was at the scene by 3:30pmCT.
