WOW! The boy had to learn to cook this from his father, Carl Harris, one of Adair County's all-time great cooks! MIke Harris is the President of Shoreline Communications - the WAVE and the Big Dawg - and a heck of a lawyer, but he may be forever drafted now that the cat is out of the bag and now that his fame as a brisket chef is so widespread. One sandwich is enough to feed a whole bunch of old folks, and would nearly fill up a teen age boy. While the EK series is not given to hyperbole, we'd have to rank this sandwich, just on appearance alone, right up there with the greatest Fair Food debuts, right up there with the introduction of the ice cream cone at the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair. -EW
