Not BRBB Headquarters, but would make good one

2009-06-21 - 308 Bryant ST, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener.
BUILDINGS ARE GOING UP SO FAST on Lindsey Wilson's campus, it's hard to keep up with them. This one is on the western edge of the main campus. It is part of Lindsey Wilson College, and should be the National Blue Ribbon Bear Board headquarters. It is where the Dean of the BRBB, Gary Coomer, a key Maintenance Man at LWC, will be working this fall, but one of the reasons Coomer's been around so long is he all Company Man at LWC, and never mixes business with other business while on the job. The picture shows only a small part of the new building, which is due for completion late this summer or in early fall. The crowns of Begley Chapel are in the middle foreground; at right is the back of the library, and, in the lower right, the letters read, "Walter S. Reuling Stadium"; that's the home of America's most successful NAIA soccer programs. A number of BRBB are calling on Gary Coomer to re-activate the Board, being as there really are bears here now.
