Green River Lake: Just (lots of water) water through the dam

The HEAVY RAINS HAVE PRODUCED HIGH WATER in Green River Lake, with with a heavier than usual release downstream, creating this white water scene from the top of the dam this morning, Friday, May 8, 2009. Today's report from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers shows the pool at 681.2 feet, with outflow this morning at 6:00am at 3,064 CFS.
