How you've always wanted a little panaderia like you may remember from out of the touristy section of your favorite community in Mexico? el Triunfo is here now, with real, not Tex-Mex, Mexican food, including these delightful conchas or Mexican sweet breads. They're huge, lightly sweet, lightly dusted with sugar, and good with milk, coffee, or chocolate caliente. The conchas are from the bakery. There's also a Mexican Grocery and a Restaurant where one can sit down or order carrout. el Triunfo # 2 is open now, and will be on a regular schedule next week. It's a complete restaurant, serving three meals a day, including the best Menudo and other Mexican soups this side of Russell County.
