Smart Cow

2009-02-12 - New Concord Road, Adair County, KY - Photo by Shamarie Claiborne.
"Not only does Terry Patton have the best Christmas lights on New Concord Road, but he also owns the smartest cattle as well," writes Shamarie Claiborne. "I just wish I could have got a shot of it crossing the bridge!" An update at 8:08amCT, Friday, February 13, 2009: Shamarie fesses up that she now knows how the cow took over, occupied, and became king of the island, but didn't say how. Our guess is that it swam from the other side. Maybe Shamarie will let us know what she knows, later.
