A LARGE NUMBER OF WELLWISHERS attended the Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting this morning at Joye's Hallmark & Florist, 930 Jamestown ST, Columbia, KY. Joyce, Amanda and Ashley Reliford are partners in the store, which is open from 9:00am to 6:00pmCT, Monday through Saturday. The phone number is (270) 384-0232.
