ARGUABLY ONE OF THE PRETTIEST VISTAS IN AMERICA: This Murley family farm scene in Southern Adair County is from KY 61 South at Breeding, KY, just south of Saltpeter Cave Road, and 14 miles south of Columbia, KY. It can also be viewed, looking eastward, from the Breeding Area Volunteer Fire Department. The area will be busy today, with The 5th Annual Breeding Community Families reunion starting at 11:00amCT today, Saturday, October 11, 2008. Fall color is just hinting in this photo, taken on Wednesday, October 8, 2008, but the Columbia to Burkesville drives on KY 61 or KY 704 already have sumacs in vivid reds, and Wheeler Hill at one of its most appealing autumn stages.
