CONDITIONS ARE VERY DRY in Adair County. The Adair County Fire Department was called to this grass fire on Christine Road, which occurred at around 5:45pmCT, Thursday, September 25, 2008. Firemen were on the scene for about 1 hour, according to Donald Hare, Public Affairs Officer for the Columbia Adair County Fire Department. In all, about two acres burned.
