What will happen with Jumping Off Place

ADAIR COUNTY LEADERS are hoping to learn soon what the Kentucky Highway Department will do with the dangerous jumping off place, right, which was supposed to be the start of the continuation of the new KY 61 South to Sparksville, now that the Kentucky Department of Highways has killed the project. At left, a car comes down the the old KY 61 after negotiating the dangerous curve connecting the old and the new. Barricades block access to the end of the road.
