The 2008 Buy, Sell, Swap & Trade Day saw the debut of Buffalo Hills Ranch Cookhouse and mobile dining patio. The first day went well, under the stewardship of Wesley and Bridgett Staton, left, and owners Carol and Jim Leib, right. Buffalo burgers and hot dogs went really well, they said, as did their famous Dr. Smoothie strawberry, strawberry-banana, and pineapple smoothies. They didn't serve buffalo chili because of the extreme heat, they said. The mobile restaurant is available for catering parties, auctions, and celebration events. Jim Leib said that the first Adair County grown buffalo will be sold this fall.

Buffalo Hills Ranch is located at 906 Greensburg ST in the Curves Building, Columbia, KY. Phone (270) 385-9092. Smoothies, Christian Gifts, Tanning Beds. Buffalo Meat--America's Original Health Food.
