Scenic Adair Co. KY: Another town from Cemetery

2008-08-01 - Columbia City Cemetery - Photo By Ed Waggener.
One of the prettiest places to "Walk Around the World" for the Rotary Club is the Columbia City Cemetery. Unfortunately, the Cemetery can only be reached from Wall Street, so the unnatural cul-de-sac created by the Berlin Wall chain on Campbellsville Street, makes it difficult to access. This view, above, shows how solidly North 55 is built up. The prominent lighted sign in the foreground is at Dr. Eric Loy's Clinic. The Hilpp Building can be seen farther out, and the lines of Day & Day Mill Can be seen. Most interesting may be the new green metal roof being constructed on the former KHD barn, now a part of Grider Properties. A Today, August 1, 2008, Picture Album photo
