THIS THROUGH THE WINDOW LIGHT photo of the Road Eighty Bridge on Day 269, Wednesday, June 25, 2008, taken on a tip from A.L. Sinclair and C.R. Arnold, shows the span virtually complete. Both experts predict completion by July 1, 2008, significantly near Independence Day. Concrete work is complete. The western approach is yet to be paved, and there is some touch up.
