2008-06-01 - Feathersburg, Adair Co. District 6, KY - Photo By Ed Waggener.
THERE'S WAS A LOT GOING ON AT FEATHERSBURG before Memorial Day, as Donnie Hughes, on right on lawn mower, was getting Callahan Cemetery ready for Memorial Day and workmen were changing the skyline of the capital of Speck Ridge with a new addition on the Feathersburg First Church of God. Vacation Bible School will begin at the church from June 9-13, from 6:00pm to 8:30pm each evening. Regular services are held each Sunday morning at 10:45am and 6:00pm, with Sunday School at 10:00am and Wednesday prayer service and youth services at 7:00pm. (We'll let you know whether this is Eastern or Central time as soon as we are notified and as regular Feathersburg reports follow whensomeone tells us how to contact Feathersburg authority Ralph Mings. -EW) The pastor of he church is Christopher Copher.
