Secretary of Economic Development and Richard L. Walker, the Adair County Contact Man for the Beshear Administration and former Adair County Judge Executive shook hands. Judge Walker told Secretary Hindman that he is for anything which is good for Adair County. Walker has said that his main aim during the Beshear administration is to locate some employers in the commerce park. On the right is Fran Carrico, Community Development Specialist for this Area of Kentucky.
