When Susan Lynn gives the word that everything is ready, Omar tethers the balloons which announce to barbecue lovers that Ol' Joe Barbee's B&B Que is open once more, that it is a 1st or 3rd weekend, and the wait is over for all those meaty ribs, those smoky Kentucky wings, those big fat pull pork sandwiches, those magnificent loaded potatoes, that tender barbecued chicken, that wonderful vinegar slaw, delicious potato salad, and those baked beans good enough to eat as a meal themselves. The balloons signal smiling service, handy carry-outs for picnics and reunions, and more good times than a county fair.
