Kentucky Adventure class at statue of famous Adair Countian

KENTUCKY ADVENTURE CLASS from Camp Casey visited the statue of Coach E.A. Diddle in front of Diddle Arena on their visit Wednesday, April 2, 2008. They learned that Mr. Diddle was born on March 12, 1895, in Gradyville, Adair County, Kentucky, and that he was one of America's all time great basketball coaches, as well as a one of a kind personality. Their teacher is Pam Geisselhardt, in the photo above. The Kentucky Adventurers are, from left, Grant Cockerham, Kassidy Roy, Michael Mackenzie, Garret Waggener, Grant Cockerham, Makala Slater, Katy Roy, and Sara Dunbar, Zakia Miller.
